marketpress site admin can't publish

So I’ve installed Marketpress on my wpmu and have created a website. I’ve added the store user as administrator and she is only seeing a “submit for review” option, no Publish option, when creating a new product.

How can I fix this? I want her to be able to publish without my approval on every item, especially since I plan on adding more stores that I will create and then add administrators.
