    Is there a way to set up notifications for when a discount code is used on my site? I am using Marketing > Coupons and want full transparency with the influencer who is promoting our products. It would be good for them to receive an email when their specific code is used.

    I understand you would like to trigger an email when a discount code is used on your site.

    This functionality is not included into the WooCommerce Core. But you can consider the AutomateWoo extension. With AutomateWoo, you can create a workflow that examines incoming orders to see if a particular coupon has been applied, and if so, sends an email. You can find AutomateWoo documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/automatewoo/. When configuring a workflow, utilize a ‘line item’ trigger to check for the coupon within the order and establish a rule for the specific coupon. Then, add an action to send an email. It’s important to note that all our extensions come with a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t meet your needs, we can easily process a refund.
