Markers Missing

    The markers worked on a dev site but not any longer. They don’t show on the admin end or the front end. I followed the directions on your troubleshooting page except for cache. I don’t have a caching plugin and I don’t believe any caching is being done by the host. The XML file seems to be saving fine in the directory and the url is correctly using the live site, not the dev site and I tried using both http and https. The map is on page https://www.taxproblemsolver.com/contact-us/ and should have two markers.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there

    Please go to Maps->Settings and then the “Advanced Tab” and ensure the following two fields are set as:

    Marker XML DIR: {wp_content_dir}/plugins/wp-google-maps/
    Marker XML URL: {wp_content_url}/plugins/wp-google-maps/

    There should be no spaces anywhere in both fields.

    Please also ensure you are using the latest basic version.
