Unfortunately there is no way to know. All the email providers have a different mechanism to detect spam and those mechanism are secret to prevent abuse. There are tips though to HELP you (there is no way to be 100% sure your email wont end up in the spam filter) avoid the spam filter: https://mailchimp.com/resources/guides/avoid-spam-filters/
