Mark order as “Delivered” is missing

Hi there,

So it seems there has been some issues with your plugin since the last update.

When you used to add a tracking number, it would mark o=an order as shipped.
Once shipped, It would then give you an option to mark the order as delivered, when it was delivered.

This option has now completely disappeared, and I can no longer mark my orders as “completed” or “delivered”…

Also I have lost access to all of my orders that were on my system since that update.
I can see that there is over 3,000 orders, but i can only access 112 of them since this last plugin update.

Can you help advise what is happening please?
