    There was another thread with this title 5 years ago that indicated the feature was on the roadmap. It appears this problem still exists.

    When I change an order to completed in Woocommerce, the Completed event fires and the completed email is sent. When I do this in Shipworks and update Woo via the connector, it does not fire.

    Is there a fix?

    Hello,

    Be sure to check the box use Woocommerce API, it should be check in the settings per default.
