Mark emails as ‘not spam’

    Hi!

    One of my donor’s emails has been marked as spam by the GiveWP plugin. I see it under Tools > Logs. I know the email is a real one. How do I unmark or mark it as ‘not spam’.

    Hi @madhumurthy,

    Happy to help. You can whitelist emails in Donations -> Settings -> Advanced -> Akismet SPAM Protection -> Whitelist by Email.

    I whitelisted the email.
    What happens next? Does the donation associated with the whitelisted email get processed?
    If yes, how long does it take?

    If no, what steps should I take after whitelisting an email to make sure the donation gets processed?

    No, you need to reach out to the donor and ask him/her to donate again.
