Hi there, from the message it seems this is an issue with your browser/network.

Please try from a different browser or computer to see if the issue still happens.

If it does, you can try disabling all plugins except Kikote and WooCommerce to see if the issue still exists. If it doesn’t then the issue would be due to a plugin conflict on your website

Please try and let me know how it goes

I have the same issue. The browser I am using is Chrome.

Hi @josevaldez Please try out the demo I have set up and let me know if you’re still experiencing the issue.

You can access the demo here: https://plugin-demos.instawp.xyz/kikote/shop/

Add a product to cart and head to the checkout page and then try to detect your location and let me know if the issue still happens.

Hi, how can I get access to your shop to add a product to the cart and checkout? Please send a link to the shop.

If the issue is not happening on the Demo store, but it is on your website, then maybe it might be due to a plugin conflict on your website. Did you try disabling all plugins except Kikote and WooCommerce and testing this out? You might also want to temporarily change themes to one of the default ones to test as well.

The error was related to something with the network, so another thing to try is sending the link to a friend in a different location and having them test the map to see if they get the same issue, or trying the site from a different location (like from a public wifi area) and see if the error still happens.

Please also reshare the screenshot of the error
