Mark as featured listing by default

Hello,
Thank you as always for this great plugin.
Please advice on the following 2 points.

1. I would like to mark all the jobs by default as featured. Or if you could advice how to change the background color of normal jobs in job listings? I just like the background color and hoover color of featured listings and that is why I’d like to mark them as featured by default, but if this can be achieved with a css then please advice.

2. In my backend the job type are all the same color, how can I achieve different color for different type of job such as yours in screenshot?
