Margins not working after update

Hi, since the last update, the margins stopped working. No matter what number I insert, the margins are always: 3px 0 3px 3px;

If I use the “Plain Text / HTML / JS” to insert the CSS manually (and keep the float:right option activated), the banner gets 2 margins: the one I set and the 3px 0 3px 3px;
If I choose the Default layout and then insert my CSS in “Plain Text / HTML / JS”, everything works fine.
It is probably conflicting with some CSS in my theme.
