Margins and Padding

Hello,

I have a problem with my headings falling down to far. On the front page the text is too far down from the picture slider, but also on the pages and post the heading/title (h1 I believe) has too much space from the title of the page to the first heading.

I have been messing with the margins and padding all morning but I havn’t made any progress, what is the fix?
