• Hi

    It is my first time using this theme.
    I only need the page content. No header, no footer.

    It was nice and easy but one thing.

    There is a margin in top of the content.

    element.style?{
    margin-top: var(–wp–preset–spacing–50);
    }

    How / where do I remove it or set it to “0”?

    Hope you can help me out.
    Regards
    Claus

  • Hey @backswim ! It looks like you should be able to change this under the theme’s global styles. To start, you’d go to Appearance > Editor, then to Styles > Edit > Layout. You should be able to find and change the padding for the content there.

    I’d also recommend going through this document on Global styles to find out more about how this works. The Layout section on that page shows you the exact steps you need to take for editing the padding. If you still have issues, please share a link to your site, so we can suggest another option if needed.

    Hi

    Thank you for your answer.
    I can not find the right place, all padding are set to 0.

    The site is here:

    Hey @backswim – I’ve made a video to show where that change can be made in case that helps.

    If you were able to share a screenshot of the settings for the layout styles – that would help with seeing what might be causing that

    Hi

    Thank you for taking the time to help out here.

    I have removed all blocks but the content. Header and footer are gone etc.
    All paddings are set to 0 as you show in the video.

    As you can see, the margin-top is set to “auto” and the margin is gone.
    I need to find where I can adjust that.

    I hope this will explain what I am trying to do here. ??

    Hey Claus – thanks for sharing those screenshots – I see what you mean. Would you be able to check your template for that page in the Site Editor (Appearance > Editor) and see if there is a margin set on the main block within that template?

    Hi Jordesign
    Thank you for taking the time to help out here.
    I think I have looked everywhere and I cannot find anything.

    Do you have any other ideas?

    Hey @backswim ! Can you try checking if you have a padding set up under Styles > Layout? You can see how to reach there in this video.
