The plugin doesn’t have inventory tracking features, and doesn’t calculate taxes for *any* VAT scheme (under normal schemes, WooCommerce core does that). So to calculate taxes under that scheme, you will need something more than what this plug-in does.

Thank you so much for your reply. Can I pick your brain a little further please.

Our multivendor site would sell only second hand items, and under the margin scheme no vat would be due so we could maybe use ‘Zero Rate’ for this?

We would need to make sure that business customers would be able to opt out.

We would also need to use ‘Reduced Rates’ for some sales from overseas.

Is that possible to happen automatically?

    Many thanks

You’re asking if WooCommerce lets you have zero-rated items for tax? Yes, it does. That’s not particularly related to any of the features of this plugin. To learn about how WooCommerce calculates taxes on goods, and how to have different taxes on different goods, see the documentation, here: https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/
