margin even when challenge is not shown

Hi Elliot another little flaw i might found when it comes to design:

the scipt that creates a 15px margin on the register page (i don′t know if elsewhere)

is added wether the captcha is shown or not. This creates a layout shift when entering the page. Would be nice if this margin would only happen when the captcha is shown (and i also found it hard to address this margin via a selector when i tried). Thank you.
