Noticed today that the tabs and accordion functions within Divi stopped working. Narrowed it down to the Siteground Optimizer plugin that was causing the conflict. Not sure why, but wanted to post so others know.

    Hey @chaseicg,

I am sorry to hear you are facing such issues with the plugin.

Many of our clients are using Divi together with the SiteGround Optimizer and there are no known issues with it. I would suggest you to try disabling the optimizations for the CSS, JavaScript and HTML parts of your website one by one (Dashboard > SG Optimizer > Frontend) and see if one of them does not interfere. If this is the case you can leave this particular setting disabled and still take advantage of the rest of the features offered by our plugin.

if your website is hosted with SiteGround you are welcome to contact our Support Team so we can review the case in detail and provide further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Dimo Dimov

I also had this issue. Had to deactivate the SGOptimizer plugin to get my site to work again. Issues that were caused – hamburger menu unclickable, toggles unclickable, images disappeared on all pages except the homepage.

    Hello @renecarling,

I would advise you to follow the instructions of my colleague Dimo and disable the Frontend features one by one while excessively testing your application.

It is possible that a certain combination is causing those issues and disabling that option from the plugin’s dashboard would solve the frontend issues.

If there is no difference we would be glad to check this further. If you are a Siteground client we will appreciate it if you provide us with the domain name of the affected website and the steps we should take to replicate the problems that you encountered.

    Best regards,
    Georgi Ganchev

I have also installed it on my Divi site and it completely crashed my website.

    Hello @hellothere2022,

Please follow the same instructions provided by my colleagues above and try disabling the CSS, JavaScript and HTML optimizations one by one from your Dashboard > SG Optimizer > Frontend menu and check if one of them does not interfere.

If this is the case, you can leave this particular setting disabled and still take advantage of the rest of the features offered by the plugin.

If there is no difference, please provide us with the domain name of the affected website and the steps we should take to replicate the problems that you encountered.

    Best Regards,
    Dimitar Terziev
