March 31st events populating every day in April

I have the same issue happening on a site I manage:
https://www.cabinetmountainbiblechurch.org/events/2013-04/

If a entry is placed on March 31st, it repeats every day in April.

Please try changing your timezone in Settings > General to a UTC time instead of a city. Let me know whether or not that works.

That fixed it. But UTC doesn’t automatically support Daylight Savings, so will this be fixed?
