    Hello.
    Yes, sure, you have problems with your theme (or other plugins, but I think this is theme issue) – somehow you excluded jQuery libruary from loading on your theme. Bring it back – and it should work. But shure – this is just my suggestion, to check it – try to switch to default theme for some time – and check – will map appear or no.

    It seems it’s W3 Total Cache that’s causing the problem, although it worked before. I have recently changed some of the settings in W3, but can’t remember which ones ??

    OK I’ve found it.
    I’d set the minify mode in W3TC to manual and added jQuery there.
    If I set minify mode back to auto it works fine.
