Mapping to Inquiry Object SF Prospect Manager

Hello all,

Having trouble with mapping our forms to salesforce. I was able to get a form to a custom object mapped perfectly fine but when trying to map it to our inquiry object in salesforce I can never get the record to map. I know I need the Email, Group ID and record type.

I am unable to figure out how to get Gravity forms or this salesforce plugin to dictate the record type of the submission. So when I hit submit in testing nothing happens. So I tried manually pushing the entry through and get an error message “Errors when adding to Salesforce. Entry not sent! Check the Entry Notes below for more details.” However there are no notes to indicate the reason for it not going through.
