Mapping Subdirectories

I’ve read the previous posts on this subject with no success.
Trying to map domain to sub directories on a WAMP (Apache 2.4.9) installation.
site ID: https://mydomain/wp-admin/network/site-info.php?id=3
Domain: https://www.newdomain.com
I click “Save” and nothing happens.I’ve also tried numerous httpd.conf options to no success either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
