mapping subcategories of main domain with subdomains

I am using wordpress3.0. In our site under main domain there are arround 8 main categories and under each category there are 4 or 5 sub categories. But the main thing is that all the sub categories are individual subdomains.

We have created categories, sub categories and respective sub domains. I wonder, how I integrate the sub categories with the respective sub domains. Is there any plugins to do that, so that in category page I can display the list of subdomains and recent few posts from this subdomains, under that category.

Is there any way to do that?
