Mapping of radio buttons/checkboxes

    Hi,

    We have two forms displayed on the test page – Unit Fault Sheet and Credit Application Form. I am encountering issue under Credit Application Form, specifically with radio buttons section.

    I’m having trouble with the radio buttons and checkboxes. All other field types are being mapped correctly with the PDF form fields. However, radio buttons section aren’t still mapping; For short, my answer for the “credit card authorisation” section isn’t showing..

    You have to make sure the *value* of the CF7 checkbox or radio button matches the *exported value* of the PDF checkbox or radio button.

    You can use pipes to hide what the exported value is.

    Also, you cannot combine multiple different PDF checkboxes into a single CF7 checkbox tag if all PDF checkbox exported values are the same, such as “On.” You would either need to change exported values or use multiple CF7 tags.
