Thanks for your kind words and for your question. You don’t specify which IPTC value you are mapping from; is it the [+xmp:Iptc4xmpCore.AltTextAccessibility+] value?

It looks like the value you are mapping from has multiple values, and the second value is an array. You can try appending the ,single format code to the field name, e.g. [+xmp:Iptc4xmpCore.AltTextAccessibility,single+].

You can also look in the Attachment File Metadata box on the Media/Edit Media for the item to see what the metadata values are. That might confirm my suspicion.

If you can post a link to one or more of the images you have I can investigate further, or you can contact me at my web site if email would be more convenient.

I will leave this topic unresolved for now. Any additional details or example images you can provide will be helpful. Thanks for taking the time to find and try the solution in the earlier topic, and for your interest in the plugin.

Hello again, David. It’s great to hear from you!
Your suggestion worked, and xmp:Iptc4xmpCore.AltTextAccessibility maps to Alt Text properly now.

The string that I am using in the EXIF/Template value is:
    template:([+xmp:Iptc4xmpCore.AltTextAccessibility,single+])

Thank you for your excellent work in creating MLA.
