    Hello, We are trying to imported members as deactivated so an email can be automatically sent upon activation. However, when we import all members are active. Is there a way to import and map status as deactivated?

    Hello @joybeingme,

    Currently, the imported members will be activated by default, they cannot be mapped as deactiavted on import. You will be required to deactivate the users manually after importing the users. We have noted this and forwarded to our team for review and possible changes in future releases.
