Map went white, can’t view or edit content

    My map has been working for well over a year. I made a change today and it just went white. I can’t edit any of the states in the back end, and nothing is showing on hover on the front end. All I did was update a link. Please help as soon as possible as this is a client site. Thanks

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I had a look at the page and it seems that you are using an outdated version of the premium US map and I can see that used apostrophe for some states popup information which cases the map to freeze as stated in that old version.

    I’ve just recently taken this site over from the previous developer and I do not have the purchase code or a way to contact them, the site was first built with the map quite a while ago so I can’t even say if they would still have it. I can give you login access to the WP site if that will help, I just need this thing back live as soon as possible because as I said this is a new client and this won’t make the best first impression.
