Map View problems

We have some problems with the Map. It seems to work properly mobile and on very high resolution screen (like 4k). On a full-hd laptop the map appears to be overlaid on the property list, on lower resolutions like 1366 or below the map is not shown at all. We can’t understand why and we can’t find any setting options. Can someone help us?
