Map shows in preview but not on live site

[Note: Using Gleam theme from Elegant Themes]

I created a map and inserted the shortcode in a post. When I click “Preview Changes” the map shows perfectly but when I navigate to it via the site links it shows the page but with a blank space the size of the map. Also, I noticed if I try to get to the map via the Permalink or Preview Changes from the Edit Map page it give a 404 error. The only way the map shows is if I’m on a page the map shortcode has been placed and Preview Changes on that page. Any idea what’s wrong?
