  • Hi there

Please visit the map editor, press ‘CTRL’ + ‘U’ and search for ‘maps/’

Is the Google Maps API perhaps loading more than once on the page?

Are you only using the basic version of our plugin?

    Hi there,

    I’m having the same problem… https://snag.gy/x2ImOh.jpg

I’m using a Mac and I’m assuming the CTRL + U is a Windows based command and I guess it matters which browser you’re using.

I have two pins on my map now and the map is still centered around the original pin.
I can’t seem to resolve this without access to the map in the admin area.

    Regards,

    Kirk

    Hi Kirk

Please advise what the height of the map has been set to?

CTRL + U is windows based, you can use Command + U on a Mac instead ??

    Hi there,

I assumed Command + U was probably the alternative, but it doesn’t do anything, which is why it would be useful to know what program you should be using when pressing this shortcut.

The map height is set to 100%. https://snag.gy/hQjW07.jpg

    Hello again,

I changed the map height to 400px, which got the map to display again in the admin area.

I’ve adjusted the alignment and switched it back to 100%.

    Many thanks for the tip…

    Regards,

    Kirk

Still struggling with this I’m afraid. We’re using the Pro plugin.

    Here’s a screenshot – https://imgur.com/a/pak4Z

I was getting this too and then looked at the errors on the page and it said “ApiNotActivatedMapError” I had to go to my google maps API console and make sure the API was enabled. Then I had to log out of wordpress and go back in and the map in the admin section then appeared.

    Hi @zigzagad

We’re going to release an update shortly that should fix the issues you are experiencing.

@tech4eleven – so glad to hear you came right with this ??
