    I’ve setup the plugin with a working google maps API key. When I attempt to add a map to an event typing the address and clicking search results in a browser message ‘Couldn’t find coordinates for this place’. Manually positioning the map marker also fails.

    Any assistance appreciated.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    It seems some of your installed plugins or theme’s script conflicting with the SEP. Also, please double check the Google Map Key you have added in the SEP settings and then try again.

    No theme conflicts.

    The problem turned out to be that your plugin needs both the maps api and the geocoding api enabled – it would be helpful if you pointed this out on the key settings page.
