Map placement only works before payment

  • Good afternoon,

    The placement of the map only works and shows “before payment”. Not sure why the other options don’t work for example “After Order Notes” or “After Billing Form”

    Hello, are you sure? If you using the free version map will only show up if you entered an address that fails to be geolocated.

    That is correct. I am using the free version. The map only comes up when the before payment option is selected when entered an address fails to be geolocated.
    I want the map to show after the billing form when an address entered fails to be geolocated. The map is not shown when the other placement options are selected when the address fails to be geolocated. I am using the Astra Theme.

    Yes, we use two-step checkout.

    I guess this is why its not working. Its a re-made checkout by Astra. Try normal checkout.

    Yes, I tried the single checkout option before and today and still face the same issue. The map shows when the “before payment” option is selected when the address fails to geolocate. When I select the other options for example “After Order Notes” or “After Billing Form” the map does not show when the address fails to geolocate.

    Hello, i tested with Astra Pro and it works for me even with 2-step.
