    Dear support,
    even if in the backend the API key returns no issue with the green box, in the front end the map is not shown.

    Could you help, please?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked that wp-cookie-allow is blocking the map. You must have a settings in the wp-cookie-allow which need to configure to allow the map. Please contact with wp-cookie-allow team to rectify this issue.

    For the confirmation, you can deactivate the wp-cookies-allow plugin for a moment and check the map output.
