map not showing

Hello,

I have an issue with the map showing.
I am using shortcode on my single.php for example in that URL: https://geowel.givibliadze.com/en/gtz-local-government-assessment-for-armenia-azerbaijan-and-georgia-2010/

shortcode looks like: <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[novo-map id=1]’); ?>

Load the map scripts automatically is turned off

any idea?
