    Hi… I am finding that the map only displays from the computer on which I set up the plugin – otherwise no map loads.

    It makes no difference whether I am logged in or not. But if I try on another computer or an iOS device, no map.

    I have tried creating a temporary account on another computer, in case it were a caching issue, but no better.

    Advice please – thanks.

    I am not quite sure what you mean…
    If I go to the given link and select either of the two events, the map is shown.

    That’s good news. It’s just not working for me on any other device in my household. On my iPhone, I have tried turning off WiFi forcing it load via the Three route and thus bypassing my home router and it does not work.

    All my site use Safari (Mac or iOS).

    I will get someone else to try it from Windows and will advise.

    I only use Mac OS myself, no problems.

    It appears retina displays want to load maptiles with @2x.png extension. That should not be.. I removed that. Could you please try a different map tile server and see what happens?

    If I load your maps in retina-testing, it looks for @2x.png, but on my own live site the exact same test is okay.

    Do you have any caching plugins running? If so, please clear that.

    I do not have caching plugins but did have caching turned on in the .htaccess file. I have removed that on my test site, but that may not expire the cached filed on computers.

    I have switched to ArcGIS TopoMap tiles and that works on all my devices.

    You could change the htaccess file to tell browsers to cache shorter ??

    <IfModule mod_expires.c>
    # Enable expirations
    ExpiresActive On
    # HTML
    ExpiresByType text/html "access plus 1 minute"
    </IfModule>

    But the strange thing was/is, that I had never visited your website (of course) and my iPhone gave the same 404-error (maptiles not found on the OSM server). So, I could not have possibly see a browser-cached version.

    Have you switched back to the default OSM map tiles? And if so, is it solved or blank again?

    It does look like it is/was a retina issue. I have now switched back to Open Street Map and all seems to be working.

    You say you made a change. Is that something you can do without me updating your plugin?

    I now have no caching on this test site, which is a good choice. I will leave caching on my live site.

    There appears to have been some sort of caching going on. If switching back now works, it means the old cache (somewhere) is now overwritten with the newer files.

    The change was already from 2.4.1 to 2.4.2 so you needn’t do anything ??

    OK thanks for your help.
