I use a map with the width of 100% but quite often there’s a small stripe at the right hand side of the map not drawn (remaining empty – regardless of the basemap). It will display properly, when the map is moved manually. Is there any way to overcome this behaviour?

  • Hi,
I took a look at your page with 3 different browsers but could not reproduce the issue – map tiles were always loaded. If you pan the map, depending on your internet connection, it might take a bit until the new tiles are loaded and empty tiles are visible for a short amount of time. The pro version supports edge buffering, which also preloads tiles outside the current viewport, so that nearly no empty tiles are visible.

Hmm, interesting since I can easily reproduce the effect. It’s got nothing to do with my internet connection (e.g. delay in loading tiles) – even in the initial map the most right tiles are not displayed (latest Version of Firefox)

But I checked it out with other browsers now as well and Chrome and Vivaldi seem to work fine – so I guess it’s a specific issue with my Firefox installation …
    Thanks for your support!
    Cheers, Timo
