Map Not Displaying in Admin

  • Hello, a client is having an issue with their site. When they go into the backend of the site, and click to either edit or add a new map via the Map Builder plugin, the map isn’t showing up on the backend. The map displays properly on the actual site page, though.

    When I inspect element, I get a few errors. The link should take you to an image of the issue.

    Any help would be appreciated!

  • Having the same issue on two of my sites with this product. Someone at Impress needs to look at this. The whole “we changed companies and won’t support out product anymore” charade is not cutting it.

    Easy fix: Install the CMB2 plugin from the repository. This overrides the out-of-date version that is embedded in this plugin and fixes the error.
