map not displaying

    The map is not displaying on ‘thecrossbridgegroup.com’ website. It is currently showing an icon (something) with the address. When you click on the address, a new window opens with the same page information.
    I don’t know if the API key is not working properly or if the icon is just not working or if I have something else in the setting incorrect. Please help, I am very frustrated. Below is a list of things I have done (or have done the steps and believe I have done them correctly).
    Things I have done
    ? I have created an API code. I have followed the step in “how to generate a google maps API key’. The project name does have a green check mark beside it as opposed to the yellow exclamation point. I have restrict keys on Geocoding API, Maps embed API, Maps JavaScript API, and Maps Static API. I believe all of them are enabled.
    ? I have added billing info
    ? I have entered the license key, because I have bought the pro version
    ? I have set up the first map.
    ? I have imported multiple locations.
