Map Multisite Blogs to a sub directory?

Hello,

I have the following problem:

A multisite SUBFOLDER WP install is up and running under this domain:
– https://www.example.com/ (Install dir and website)

So right now its possible to setup new blogs as
– https://www.example.com/newblog1

So far so good.
But I need a collection of all blogs in a sub directory and can’t figure out how to handle this.

So final structure shall be:
– https://www.example.com/ (Install dir and normal WP website)
– https://www.example.com/blogs/ (overview of all blogs)
– https://www.example.com/blogs/newblog1 (all blogs with theire URL)

How can I get this strucutre work? Any ideas perhaps over htaccess?
