Map markers not clickable in IE

The markers are clickable for me in IE 11? Do you still have the problem?

We are having the same issue on our site and the link to the previous user site also does not work for us when testing in BrowserStack. To be more clear, the markers click but they should open the info windows which they are not doing.

Yes. In IE Edge it appears to be working correctly but in IE 11 the markers are not clickable.

If the helps, it appears each element with the class .gmnoprint assigned also has an inline z-index value assigned. It looks like the inline z-index is being overwritten by .gm-style-mtc, .gmnoprint {z-index: 9999 !important;} (styles.min.css) which IE 11 doesn’t seem to like.

I don’t control the z-index of the markers. That code is all handled by Google Maps itself.

You also have different errors on your site which may influence the markers working.

You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

You can try to enable compatibility mode on the WPSL settings page ( tools section ), and see if this makes a difference.

You can check if the errors are gone after that in the browser console.

This is the same issue that I am having. No JavaScript errors on the page, and still not working in IE 11. Works great in Edge and all other browsers. I tried a CSS fix since it seemed like it was the z-index issue stated above, but since the styles are loaded in the iFrame, not much I can do.

We are having the same issue here proelitehorsefeed.com and also noticed it doesn’t happen on the Google Maps API examples.

Works on IE10-IE11
