    Hello,

    I am working on the map shown on the page with the link https://petrolettes.com/rallly-3/rally-2020/

    Last year, I managed to import a CSV file with pictures. This year I used PNG pictures which are approx 6-10kb large. Some markers can not show the pictures though. A few in Asia are working properly, like the marker in SEOUL or TOKYO, but the rest only show a small “image” icon but not the actual picture.

    Do you have an idea how to solve this? I was thinking it might be the size but 6-10kb is not really large.

    I can also send you the CSV file, but I d prefer to send it via private email, not in this forum ??

    Unfortunately, import/export functionality is part of our Pro add-on and as a result I will need to ask you to reach out to us directly on our website for further assistance. This can be done from our website by clicking on Support > Support Desk > Submit a support Ticket.

    As per the www.remarpro.com guidelines we are not allowed to offer any premium support via these threads as they are reserved for the basic plugin (and features).

    With that being said, I would like to see your CSV and help you get this resolved as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you directly soon!

    Hi, I am not sure if the message was sent because there is no submit button on the page.

    Also file uploading is disabled ?? I tried to upload a screenshot from the support page (no submit button) but it failed too

    Hi Calvi,

    My apologies for the trouble you are having submitting a ticket. The button is located at the bottom of the page, below the checkbox asking you to confirm that you have read our documentation.

    I’ve just confirmed that it is visible, but it is quite low on the page, below the main fields. I have checked our support desk, but nothing has been submitted under your name. Could I ask you to retry, by submitting the form with the orange button at the very bottom? If it helps, it is titled “Submit Support Request” and is orange in color.

    With regards to screenshots, we don’t allow these with the initial creation, but once we reply to you, you will be able to share screenshots as email attachments.

    As an alternative, you should also have received an email from us when purchasing originally, which you can reply to at any stage to open a support ticket, if this is helpful.
