Map marker middle of ocean

    I’m on the latest version of Events Manager. When I add a location in admin panel, if I fully enter the address (i.e. include post code), I can get the marker to display correctly in draft mode. However, as soon as I publish, the marker moves to the middle of the ocean (and the address is stripped of the post code).

    This is happening to all addresses.

    What version of EM OSM are you using? I noticed that a lot of users are still on version 2.7.1. A lot has changed since then.

    I just tried it-

    I deactivated, refreshed page, activated. Then I went to the event in admin panel, edited address, and saved. Still middle of ocean ??

    In the latest update of EM they changed several things. In their change log they mentioned WPML compatibility.

    To be honest, I had not looked if they changed the way a location is being saved. But… they did! ?? For example, several columns have been added to the wp_em_locations table.

    It turns out that the hook used in previous versions does not work anymore. So I have now changed it to using a different filter.

    I also found some other bugs will I will all fix in the next update. Releasing it later tonight or tomorrow.

    I have same issue, any address I write I’ve got (0, 0) as GPS position.

    I just installed and activated the EM-OSM 3.0.0 My EM version is 5.9.7.1.
    The marker is at the middle of the ocean like the other user experienced. Please advise on a solution. Thanks
