Map isn’t displaying with caching plugin

Hi,

We are using LiteSpeed plugin to speed up our site and we would like to enable JS Combine setting – – however, once we do it breaks your map, it comes up with the following error:

Uncaught ReferenceError: L is not defined and says Javascript is not enabled (when in fact it is)

I can’t seem to figure out what files your plugin uses to generate the map so I can exclude them in the JS Combine option of the LiteSpeed plugin to see if this will help with the problem. Can you please let me know what files I need to exclude?
