Map in contact form

Hi All,

I am using the panoramic premium theme and I am trying to include a Google map in my Contacts. It was working before I downloaded the premium theme, so I am wondering now, what happened. The plugin
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle i activated. Can anybody help me?
