Map icons change from set position

    If you haven’t already, you may want to go to the EPL website and do a support ticket. Monitoring wp.org support forums doesn’t always get the highest priority.

    Hi sheepy thanks for contacting us using the support ticket at Easy Property Listings.

    Just to clarify here in the suppor forum.

    I think the issue is that you are choosing Display Address No which is providing your listings with appoximate coordinates based on the location only in order to hide the property address.

    Setting the listing to Display Address Yes used the saved coordinates to display the location on the map, so there is no bug.

    We do this because we don’t want to show a map with location if the display address is no. There would not be much point in showing exact map coordinates and not displaying the address. Expecially in single residential areas.

    Setting the Display Address to Yes will use the custom coordinates. You can use filters to hide the address or create a custom template.

    We tested with the latest version 2.1 of Advanced Mapping extension and found no issue when Display Address set to yes.
