Map get crashed/doesn't load when I limit the Zoom

Hello,
Whenever I limit the zoom option Positioning & Zooming > Zooming it by default 0-19 whenever I changed to any ie. 3-19 the map gets crashed, it won’t load at all, neither other map can be edited so, the only option available is to delete the map so other maps can be edited.
