Map field error

Thanks for the wonderful plugin. I am using this plugin in many site, but in one of my sites, I getting an issue in Map field. When I enter the address and click navigate button, it just shows “locating”. I waited for 5 mins and nothing happens, still shows “locating”. Can you please let me know what is the issue and how can I fix it?
