    Hey Gsugapong,

Thanks for posting! Do you mean to say this works on a page that isn’t using BB? If so, could you show us one so we can check? Also, how are you embedding that map there?

    Hi,

Yes. When BB is not activated the map shows but the website doesn’t look the same as BB is activated.

I used HTML module on it and put only a shortcode. Actually, it already worked before. But now, I just noticed it’s not working and not showing the ma.

    Kind regards,

    Hey Gill,

Have you tried clearing the BB cache as well as anything other caching plugins you may have installed? This could also be caused by a 3rd party plugin conflict. Try deactivating all plugins except BB and the map plugin and see if it works. Then reactivate each one until you find out the culprit plugin. Let us know how it goes!

    Hey Gill,

Thanks for the follow-up! Would you mind sharing the plugin you are using for the map so we can try it from our end?

BB is now deactivated on home page only and now it works. But the problem is it does not show the “edit” on the upper part of the page. I’ll send you the log in info in a bit.

    Hey Gill,

I just checked the site and the map seems to be working fine even with BB activated? Did you figure out what the problem was?

Hi Ben, my co worker (programmer) has deactivated the edit plug in on the home page. as can take a look on the home page, there’s no tool bar with “page builder on it”

    Hey Gill,

Sorry but could you share how you’re implementing that map so we can recreate it from our end? I can see you’re using a shortcode but I believe that’s a shortcode created by another plugin?

    Ben
