  • Hi @webtechnology

Thank you for getting in touch!

The reason the map does not appear on your site is because the following file sets 100% height for your map:

    /wp-content/themes/highbridge/A.style.css.pagespeed.cf.YJgos-6ik-.css

I’m not sure why this is visible on IE and Firefox as this behaviour should be consistent across all browsers, but I can tell you that your “Highbridge” theme, which appears to have been developer for this site, has an instruction that the map should be 100% of it’s containers height.

Because the map is in a container with no fixed pixel height, and no other content, by default the container has a height of zero. This means that the height of the map is 100% of zero, which is zero height. This means that whilst the map is there, it’s effectively invisible.

We’d recommend that you either remove that CSS, or add a fixed pixel height to the map container.

    Kind regards

Thanks so much for the quick response! I will take a look at that see if I can fix it. Very much appreciated.

It took 2 tweaks – 1 on the map container div and one on the map div itself. Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction! This was a refreshing plugin support experience.
