Map Disappearing or Incorrect Location

This business is using your premium plugin for 5 locations –

I tried to use the form here –
https://www.expertbusinesssearch.com/e-mail-support-request/ but was shown this message –
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

Posting here is my “other method” –

Lat / Long are filled in, as is the business name, but currently the Google Map page is not specified in the “Pewer Users” area of the location any longer, yet the map is still not showing correctly –

We’ve seen various locations in Oregon and California, as well as somewhere in the middle east –

A couple of weeks ago we had to remove the Power Users url because the map disappeared.

When we use a map URL in the Advanced area we get no map showing –
