Map coordinates are not being imported

  • Hello,

    I am using IMPress Listings to import all listings from IDX Broker website. I have a monthly subscription with IDX and I have also installed IMPress for IDX Broker plugin for WordPress integration. There are following issues with the import functionality:

    1. The Listing plugin is not importing Map coordinates: Latitude and Longitude values for a property, – Is there a setting that I can enable/change to make this happen?
    2. Sometimes few properties featured image are not imported.
    3. all properties are not imported if import function shows 250 properties only 220 are being imported.

    1. The importer will not import listings coordinates, since they are not available in the clients/featured API return. However, if using the Equity framework, an exclusive API is used that does allow for this.

    2. There are a few possible reasons for this: no featured image available, featured image in invalid format, process timed out, etc. More information on the IDX account/MLS used and the listing IDs with this issue to determine the exact cause.

    3. Same as above, there are several possible reasons for this and more information on the IDX account/MLS being used and the listing IDs with the issue would be needed to troubleshoot further.

    Hi,

    I upgraded my clients IDX membership from Lite to Platinum and still, the map coordinates are not being imported.

    Please advise.

    That’s great and thanks for upgrading. However, nothing in the previous reply stated that you will get map coordinates if you upgrade to a Platinum account –?they simply are not available via the API for featured properties.

    I need those coordinates not just for featured properties but for all properties that are being imported from IDX to IMpress listings. Are you saying that’s not possible? If not what do you suggest as a solution, because the map is an important aspect for a property listing.
