Map Component not working – Is there some support?

Hello,
Well, I’m looking forward if I’ll get an answer here as the last replies on topics are months ago.
Is this for buying clients the same? Makes me thinking about it.

Anyway, we have this free version installed and so far everything is working as it should, except the map container which gives an API error.
Which is a bit wired as we have maps working at our page on other places w/o any issues.
So how should we act to get this up and running?
