Map background abscent

I installed the plugin and addon for the map. Plugin works fine, but visitor map doesn’t show the background map, just dots for visitors on white background.
How to fix that?

Switching off other plugins didn’t help. But checking “Disable text on geolocation maps (missing map background fix)” DID!
Can you make map and option for the map selection for ex-USSR (Russian speaking territories)?
